TJ Maxx Haul

I’m not even going to lie: I’m one of those people who LOVES TJ Maxx. And honestly… why not love TJ?! I find the best things there for less, and while the items may not be specifically made for this current season, it still works and most of the pieces keep up with the trends of today! This trip to TJ was a good one: two designer brands both majorly discounted.

First, let me start by saying I do have the knockoff House of Harlow necklace (which you’ve probably seen in waaay too many of my outfit of the day posts). I know knockoffs aren’t the most glamorous thing in the world, but (and this sounds even worse) I didn’t know the brand/anything about the necklace before I bought it on the street. It wasn’t until a little bit after that I figured out that the brand is House of Harlow, and then after that I actually saw the real thing (along with some of the other super cute pieces from the line) in Nordstrom.

I was shocked when I saw this in the display case – and I knew I couldn’t go home without getting it. Plus, this isn’t the exact same necklace as the knockoff, as it as an adorable pattern and the one I have is just black. To think I paid $15 for the knockoff and then only $30 for the real thing at TJ Maxx is literally unreal.

Next up, I spotted the kate spade box and immediately ran over. I had seen these boxes scattered around the store, but the wallets they contained weren’t really my taste. But these mittens were the BEST deal of all: they are still on the website for $68!!! I absolutely love these and can’t wait to wear them throughout the wintertime (especially when I go into NYC!).
