Blog Superlatives (Under 450 Followers!)

I’ve had an idea for awhile to do a Blog Superlatives post, meaning that I would pinpoint (in my opinion) which blog does what best. As I started, I defaulted to the extremely popular bloggers we all know and love, and I immediately decided I had to change it up. I myself am under 450 followers on twitter, so I changed the idea of the post to highlight other bloggers who are in the same position! Maybe you have heard of these bloggers, but if you haven’t, you should go check them out now and show some love (after all, us “newcomers” have to support one another!)

Best Outfits / Neidelyn of

Neidelyn’s style is seriously fabulous. Every outfit post she puts together leaves me more inspired to re-vamp my everyday looks! I loved what she wore to fashion week, and I also love this ensemble (check it out here).

Best Weekly Inspirational Posts / Carrie of

Carrie does an amazing job of staying upbeat and sending positive messages through her blog! I love her Sunday Reflections posts, which I look forward to reading every single week!

Best Blog Design / Katelyn of

Every time I am on A Sprinkle of Kate, I discover something new I love about her blog layout. The color scheme is flawless and I love that it is simple and clean. And how great is the font that A Sprinkle of Kate is written in at the top?! Thank god Katelyn is willing to reveal some of her secrets, with this post here on her favorite fonts.

Best at Injecting Humor / Laura of

I absolutely love Laura’s writing style! I know Laura in real life (we’ve been friends for years!) so I can reaffirm that she writes realistically and true to her personality. She isn’t afraid to add humor and tell the truth – which is hard to find among bloggers these days!

Best at Consistently Posting Without Compromising Content / Hunter of

It is a true talent to be able to post frequently without compromising the quality of content – and Hunter can do it! Not only that, but Hunter sticks to her mantra of finding preppy things for a less expensive cost in everything she does.

Best at Re-branding (and doing so without being afraid!) /  Ally of

A few weeks ago, Ally put out a survey asking her readers whether or not they wanted to see her change her brand. Keep in mind, Ally had just re-designed her blog a few weeks prior – but she was determined to change it up again to make sure her blog reached its full potential. I totally applaud this effort because as a blogger I know how hard it is to conquer design.

Best Duo / MGR & CMK of

MGR & CMK have a fabulous blog, and I love how even though it is written by two people there is still a sense of fluidity between their posts! They seriously have amazing content that is consistent between the two of them. Plus, how cute is their blog logo?!

Best at Giving A Real Dose of College Life / Alex of

I’m a high school senior so I love read Alex’s blog to get a quick look into what college life is really like! Recently she had someone guest post all about rushing in the greek system – it was so interesting to read about that whole thing in detail!

I hope this gave you all some new reading material! Trust me – if you follow these blogs you won’t regret it.

If you have a blog with under 450 Twitter followers, let me know!! I want to do another one of these because there truly are so many bloggers that constantly produce amazing content and rarely get recognized for it!

xoxo, Jamie
